License Retrieval and Activation

Where can I find my license?
Your license is automatically sent via email once payment is processed.

You can also retrieve it by logging into your User Account.
How do I activate my license?
When launching Gaea 2 for the first time, enter your User Key. Command-line activation is available for mass deployments. See the documentation for more details.
I want to activate my license on another computer.
Load your User Key into Gaea on the new computer.

If you see a “Maximum Activations” error, you may have used all activations. Deactivate older activations using the About dialog in Gaea or manage them in your User Account. This is useful if you no longer have access to older machines.
What happens if I lose my license key?
Retrieve your license by logging into your User Account. For further help, contact Support.
